Ran two miles with Cory this morning after we got back from the Black Friday events at Wal-Mart and Target. It was windy and cold this morning and luckily Wal-Mart let us into the building at 4:00 but we couldn't buy any of their deals until five, at least we were warm. After Wal-Mart we went to Target were Meg and her sister stood outside in the huge line and cold weather for 45 minutes and luckily came away with the item we were looking for. We thought we were out of luck at first but a woman who had two of the item we were looking for graciously gave us one since the store had run out of stock. Beleive it or not there are some kind shoppers this time of year. Cory is planning on running the Painter's 5K this year so we are going to try to run together as often as possible over the next few weeks to get him ready. |
