Roads were frozen.  Wasn't running anyway.  Extra healing is really not a bad thing.  Still got a bit of a cold so may be another day or so before I run again.

I like your plan. I got a cold last year this time and didn't take care of it, ended up in the ER with the ugly broken nose as a result of two fainting episodes. Yeah, rest is good. Take good care of yourself and enjoy the holidays.

Rhett..Yes we live in Vegas and it snowed on Monday, enough to make a small snow man in the back yard and it is snowing again today and it's supposed to be more than Monday....go figure.

have they closed down the city yet? I heard they had to divert flights to Salt Lake that were supposed to land in Vegas and then they shut down the airport.
