The elliptical machine was calling my name today so I went with it for 60 minutes.  Too many aches and pains to continue beating myself to death so I will be cross training for a few days to see if things improve.  Also did the usual yoga and core work.  Skipped on the inversion becasue I'm not sure if that has assisted in agravating my leg and knee.  So much for the "monster month" of marathon training.  I'll be looking to just survive

Some good cross training is probably just what the doctor ordered. Smart move.

Great choice on using the elliptical. You did the right thing. Hope the knee and leg starts to work with you.

I love the elliptical! Smart choice to cross train until you feel better. You will still have a monster month I am sure.
