Took the day off cause the ankle was still feeling a bit stiff and didn't really want to push it with Painter's coming up in a few days.  It's feeling pretty good now that I am up and around so I'm not too concerned about it slowing me down.  Couple more slower and lower mileage days should be good for it and I will be ready to go.

A very wise decision Jeff. I hope it doesn't give you and trouble come race day. Man, seems like there are a lot of injuries lately. I hope I'm not next. Did I just jinx myself?

Can't hurt to rest it up. The fact that you were able to finish yesterdays run is a good sign it'll be ready to go for Sat.

No worries, your ankle will be fine. You're gonna enjoy the whole race with perfect weather and wonderful running partners. :)
