Calm and cool again this morning.  This morning it was 56 degrees at the start, a bit cool at the start but perfect by the end.  The only thing I think I need to add to my clothing is a pair of light gloves cause my poor hands get chilly by the end.  Nothing exciting, usual back pain.

Oh our miles are the same again for the month. I am going to have to start reading your blog before I go out so I can keep up...this maybe the only time I will even come close to your mileage.

Great job Jeff. My hands are the same way too. They are always getting cold on my runs. But 56 degrees is great running weather. Chilly starting but perfect after you get going.

Is this weather going to hold out till Sat.? Sounds like perfect running temp. I'll be in your neck of the woods this Sat. running 26.2!

Smooth, didn't hold out today, it was cold and windy. This weekend is supposed to improve though. Good luck to you in your race.

Stupid back pain!

Nice job on the run though. :)
