Same distance, different day.  Only six more runs until the big show.  Tomorrow I'm looking at going 11 and making it a dress rehearsal of the marathon.  Same cloths, same, shoes, yada yada yada.  I'm going to throw in some (5-6) MP miles in the middle of that run tomorrow just to keep the legs from going stale and to evaluate how it feels compared to yesterdays run.  I continue to feel better and better each day so I know the taper is working.  It feels good not to be trashing my legs every day.

Good plan for tomorrow. I think its important to do some MP miles, even if they feel a bit hard. Still plenty of time to recover from a mildly difficult run. Time to break out the Body Glide too.

Ahhhh yes, the body glide. I dont' usually break it out unless I am doing 20 or so. Still ought to break it out tomorrow for the fun of it.

Feeling better each day. You can't ask for more than that.
