Ran the out and back 7 mile course again that has a 350 foot climb the first 3.5 miles and then obviously turns around for a nice descent back to the start. Added on 4 more miles at the end to make 11 and called it good. Felt okay at the end but could tell I am out of shape. Really slowed down the last few miles. I plan to make this run part of my SGM training this year as it incorporates really good hill training which I obviously don't get enough of during the week.
