Went for a nice easy run this morning in the cool wind.  Good start to the month....keep it up!

Weather was perfect as usual with the temp just barely cooler than what I like.  Most mornings have been in the mid 40s which is good but slightly cool.  Another 10 degrees would be perfect.  Just another plug along run trying to get back in some kind of routine and regain some fitness.

Ran the out and back 7 mile course again that has a 350 foot climb the first 3.5 miles and then obviously turns around for a nice descent back to the start.  Added on 4 more miles at the end to make 11 and called it good.  Felt okay at the end but could tell I am out of shape.  Really slowed down the last few miles.  I plan to make this run part of my SGM training this year as it incorporates really good hill training which I obviously don't get enough of during the week.
